Society’s Discography

Although Toronto’s guqin origins are diverse, over the years of mutual communication and local development, it has raised a flavour and style distinct from other schools in China and overseas. The “Toronto school” is quiet and self-reflectionary, honest and austere. Quick and vivid to enjoy the liveliness of Creation, and slow-paced enough to enjoy the reserved privacy without claustrophobic confines or putting up a pretentious mysticism. This Chinese music speaks our Canadian attitudes.
